Their intake confirmation specialists verify client information and capture the latest treatment providers with highest level of precision prior to initiating the medical retrieval process.

During the retrieval stage, the retrieval team oversees submission of HIPAA Authorized requests and ensures timely fulfillment. Their medical record review team reviews medical records to locate relevant findings to qualify or disqualify a case.

Finally, their settlement support team assists with completing discovery documentation process including preparation of documents such as the plaintiff fact sheets, and other necessary paperwork required to support the law firms throughout the settlement process.

Torticity had recently invested in a modern data stack and were looking for a partner to help deliver their goal of providing analytics insights to users via Thoughtspot embedded analytics.

Thoughtspot's capabilities depend on a solid dimensional model underneath it, providing a structured ad-hoc query layer that makes accessing curated data so easy for end-users.

TRUSTED TO TRANSFORM

Rittman Analytics were engaged initially to increase the capabilities of Torticity's data team, working with their data lead to understand their business process and then model and transform their data in Snowflake Data Warehouse using dbt and Rittman Analytics' delivery workflow.

Rittman Analytics' analytics engineers and data architect worked alongside Torticity's Data Team to share their approach and best practices, giving Torticity's team the confidence to regularly externalise data to their customers and increase the value of their mass tort management service.
