### Jordan

Senior Analytics Consultant

Five years here

> “What I value most is the trust you are given here. People make commitments to you, and they follow through. You are given the support to take ownership and do your best work.”

After discovering Rittman through a Google search, Jordan joined looking for a new challenge and quickly found a team where he could grow. Nearly five years later, he has worked across a wide range of projects and enjoys the variety that comes with consulting. For Jordan, one of the biggest positives is simple: the promises made when he joined have genuinely been kept.
